Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 small fennel bulb, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • ΒΌ cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (optional)

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the lime juice, mayonnaise, rice vinegar, sriracha, honey, sesame oil and fish sauce, until smooth.

  2. Add the cabbage, carrots, fennel, cilantro, and sesame seeds (if using) to the same bowl. Toss until the cabbage mixture is evenly coated with the dressing. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
